Whenever you select ALL of the objects and order matters, the formula for  n P n is n!.
Step 2
Since 5 ! = 5 ( 4 ) ( 3 ) ( 2 ) ( 1 ) = 120 , that answers the question at hand.
However, generally speaking, if you are only choosing r objects, not necessarily all of them:
 n P r = n ! ( n - r ) ! 
The simple result is 120.
