The power is
Power(W) = Voltage (V) × Current (A)
P=UI
And
Ohm's Law is
Voltage (V)=Current (A) × Resistance ( Ω)
U=RI
The voltage is U=2V
The resistance is R = 10 Ω
The current is
I = U R = 2 10 = 0.2 A
The power is
P = 2 × 0.2 = 0.4 W
