y = y 2 + x , where  y = d y d x
Is there any exact mehod to solve it ?

Make the change of function y = v v . This transforms your differential equation into linear equation
v + x v = 0
which is solvable in terms of Airy functions (it is essentially Airy equation with x x):
v ( x ) = C 1 A i ( x ) + C 2 B i ( x ) .
