As commenters pointed out, 80 should be 81. The radicals simplify as follows:
3 2 32 + 81 16 = 3 2 16 2 + 9 4 = ( 3 4 ) 2 + 9 4 = 9 4 2

Assuming you meant 81:
3 2 32 + 81 16 = 3 2 16 2 + 9 4 = ( 3 4 ) 2 + 9 4 = 9 4 2 .
