a)
Completely randomized design:
Completely randomized design is a design in which, each of the experimental units is randomly assigned to one of the treatments that is being studied in the experiment. It is the simplest form of experimental design.
Simple random sampling:
Simple random sampling is the procedure of collecting samples using the methods of probability, in such a way that at any stage of sampling, every possible sample of a particular size is equally likely to occur or has the same probability of occurrence.
In a completely randomized design, to each treatment, the experimental units are randomly assigned. The allocation is done from the entire set of available experimental units.
The method is just as in case of simple random sampling, where random samples are taken from the entire available population units. No attempt is made to divide the experimental units into groups.
Thus, the type of sampling design that corresponds to completely randomized design is simple random sampling.

Randomized block design:
Randomized block design is a design in which, the experimental units are first grouped into several ‘blocks’, based on their similarities of characteristics. Then, the experimental units of each block are randomly assigned to the treatments that are being studied in the experiment, separately for each block.
Stratified random sampling:
Stratified random sampling is a method of sampling in which, the population is divided into several subgroups called strata, by obtaining a simple random sample of individuals separately from each stratum.
In a randomized block design, the experimental units are first divided into similar blocks, based on a particular characteristic. Then, to each treatment, one member from each block is assigned randomly.
The blocks in a randomized block design are the same as the strata in stratified sampling, where the units in each stratum are similar in characteristics and the sampling is done separately from each stratum.
Thus, the type of sampling design that corresponds to randomized block design is stratified random sampling.
