I have problems with the following logarimthic equation:
loga(x+x2+55)=b
How can I compute loga(xx25) in terms of b?

I assume you have a typo that is preventing others from answering. Let
b=loga(x+x255),b~=log(xx25).
Now use the rules
log(u)+log(v)=log(uv)
(zw)(z+w)=z2w2
loga(1)=0
in order to add them together:
b+b~=loga(x+x255(xx25))
=loga(x2(x25)5)=loga(55)=0,
hence b~=b as you correctly surmised in the comments.
