Solve xabx+cd=0 for x
I need to solve
xabx+cd=0
for x.
The answer is:
x=ad+bcdb
But i can't figure out how to get there, I think i have to start by making the fractions have the same denominator but after that I'm stuck.
Thanks in advance

You have
xbabxdcd=0
From this you get
xbxd=ab+cd
x(dbbd)=ad+bcbd
