a) Using equation of the motion

W=W0+at   (1)

here W=34 rad/s, W0=0(rest), a=1.25 rad/s2

put these value in equation (1)

34=0+1.25t

t=34/1.25

t=2.72 s - Answer

b) Using equation of the motion

W2=W02+2aθ

here W=34 rad/s, a=1.25 rad/s2, W0=0

342=0+2×2θ

θ=342/4

θ=289 rad

since 1 rev=2πrad

so number of revolution

n=θ/2π =289/2π

n=46.1 rev - Answer
