Step 1
Divide the larger number by the smaller number. If it divides exactly then the larger number is the LCM.
Repeat with multiples of the larger number ( multiply by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 ) until exact division is obtained.
15÷2 no
15 is not the LCM
Now try the multiple 2×15=30
30÷2 yes
30 is the LCM
