I am suprised that you say χ0.9752<χ0.0252, but if it is true then
P(χ.02522i=1nYiχ.9752)=0 which is not what you want.
There will be other 95% confidence interval. Examples would include the one-sided cases
[2i=1nYiχ.952,)  or  (,2i=1nYiχ.052]
