In this case the response variable is the body fat and the explanatory variables are height, weight, hip, forearm, neck, wrist, triceps, scapula, and sup.
Two of the most important characteristics of human beings are their age and gender. It has been found that body fat percentages increases for female with age., whatever be their other body measurements. Moreover, it is also known that women have overall body percentages than men, even if all other measurements are the same.
Since, the variations due to age and gender are not accounted for in this model, it might reduce the accuracy of prediction using this model.
Further, if the measurements mentioned in the problem are not taken by trend individuals, but the researcher has to depend on data provided by the subjects themselves, then the result quite likely to be biased as people often tend to underestimate or overestimate their weight and other measurements that might make them seem unhealthy or socially unacceptable.
