Mean=Sum of observationsTotal no of observations
25=Sum of observations12
Sum of observations=300
Given,
Standard deviation is 2.75
Mean of 14 measurements=Sum of 14 measurements14
=Sum of 12 measurements+25+2514
=300+5014
=35014
=25
Standard deviation will not change
Therefore
SD of 14 measurements=SD of 12 Measurements=2.75
