Step 1
Radius of the 1st circle =r1=19cm
Radius of the 2nd circle =r2=9cm
Let the radius of the 3rd circle be r.
Circumference of the 1st circle =2πr1=2π(19)=38π
Circumference of the 2nd circle =2πr2=2π(9)=18π
Circumference of the 3rd circle =2πr
also given that,
Circumference of the 3rd circle=Circumference of the 1st circle+Circumference of the 2nd circle
2πr=38π+18π
2πr=56π
r=56π2π
r=28
Answer: Therefore, the radius of the circle that has a circumference equal to the sum of the circumference of the two given circles is 28 cm.

Step 1
The radii r1 and r2 of two circle are
r1=19cm
r2=9cm
To evaluate: The radius of the circle which has circumference equal to the sum of the circumference of the two circles
Step 2
Let the required radius of the circle is r which can be evaluated as following
Circumference of a circle with radius r=Circumference of a circle with radius r1+Circumference of a circle with radius r2
2πr=2πr1+2πr2
r=2πr1+2πr22π
r=r1+r2
r=19cm+9cm
r=28cm
Hence, the required radius is 28 cm
