That is a Berboulli ODE considering the function x(y)
Let x(y)=1F(y)  dxdy=FF2
FF2=2ln(y)1F21yF  FyF=2ln(y)
Linear ODE:
F(y)=yln2(y)+cy
x(y)=1yln2(y)+cy
Solution on implicit form:
xy(cln2(y))=1
