Let:
y=(2x+3)12
y=12(2x+3)12×2
=12x+3
If x=3:
y=19=13
The equation of the line is of the form:
y=mx+c
So m=13
If x=3 then y=(2×3)+3=3
So 3=13×3+c
c=3-1=2
So the equation
y=x3+2
