If I am twice as heavy as you the ratio of our weights is 2:1 whether you weigh me in pounds, kilograms or anything else.
If I am 100 kg and you are 50 kg, the ratio is 100:50=2:1
If I am 220 lb and you are 110 lb, the ratio is 220:110=2:1
(100kg=220lb,50kg=110lb)
