Explanation:
To obtain standard form require to expand brackets and collect like terms.
(x3)3(x+3)2 can be rewritten as follows:
(x3)2(x3)(x+3)(x+3)
expanding (x3)2=(x3)(x3)=x26x+9
now becomes ;
(x26x+9)(x3)(x+3)(x+3)
expanding both pairs of brackets :
x36x2+9x3x2+18x27(x2+6x+9)
now rewriting with no brackets :
x36x2+9x3x2+18x27x26x9
Finally collect like terms and write expression in descending order ie. term with highest power  term with lowest power (usually constant term).
(x3)3(x+3)2=x310x2+21x36
