When 2x=3, then the expression becomes
4x22xy4x+3y3=93y6+3y3=0
Hence the expression can be factored by (2x3), and you can see easily that
4x22xy4x+3y3=(2x3)(2xy+1)

We have,
4x22xy4x+3y3=4x2x(2y+4)+(3y3)
Δ=(y+2)24(3y3)=(y4)2
x1=y+2+(y4)4=y12
x2=y+2(y4)4=32
4x22xy4x+3y3=4(x32)(xy12)
4x22xy4x+3y3=(2x3)(2xy+1)
