Step 1
we have the given two equations
x2+y219x+y+66=0
x−y−3=0
Step 2
x2+y219x+y+66=0....(1)
x−y−3=0..........................(2)
from eq(2) we get
x-y=3
x=y+3
now put the value of x in eq (1)
(y+3)2+y219(y+3)+y+66=0
y2+6y+9+y219y57+y+66=0
2y212y+7557=0
2y212y+18=0
y26y+9=0
(y3)2=0
y=3,3
Step 3
now as x=y+3
x=3+3
x=6
The solutions are (3,6) , (3,6)
