So we have =4csc2(2x)2=2+4cot2(2x)
So our expression is
2+4cot2(π8)+2+4cot2(π4)+2+4cot2(3π8)
6+4+4[cot2(π8)+tan2(π8)]
=10+4[2+4cot2(π4)]
=10+4[2+4]=34
