Given linear equations,
X - 3y = 16....(1)
-2 X + 3y =16.....(2)
Step 2
To equate, summed up both (1) and (2)
Now we have ,
(X - 2X) + (-3Y + 3Y) = 16 + 16
-X + 0Y = 32
X = -32
Now putting X = -32 in equation (1)
-32 - 3Y = 16
-3Y =16 + 32
-3Y= 48
Y=483
Y = -16
