=ijk
The orthogonal vector for the given two wectors is ijk
And
a×b∥=(1)2+(1)2+(1)2
=1+1+1
=3
Step 2
Find two vectors orthogonal to both the vectors as follows:
Then, it is possible to obtain the desired unit vector by,
1) ±(a×ba×b)
Substitute a×b=ijk and a×b∥=3 in equation (1)
±(a×ba×b)=±(ijk3)
=±(13i13j13k)
=+(13i13j13k) or (13i13j13k)
=13i13j13k or 13i+13j+13k
=13, 13, 13 or 13, 13, 13
