d=2.0 ft=0.3048×2.0 m=0.61 m
Therefore the radius of the tire
r=d2=0.305 m
Warranty of the tire
l=60000 mi=1609.34×60000 m=96560400 m
a) As we know the angle in radian traversed by an object moving in a circle of radius r is given by

=96560400 m0.305 mrad
