P=2πr=πd, where r ia radius and d is diameter. 
Here, it is a semicircle, a half of a circle 
12×2πr=πr is the perimeter 
d=10r=102=5 
P=(π×5)+10 
=(3.142×5) 
15.71+10=25.71cm
