Step 1 : Analysis
Given:
P(x)=x3+5x2x5
Step 2 : Factorisation of P(x).
Factoring P(x),
x3+5x2x5
=x2(x+5)(x+5)
=(x21)(x+5)
=(x-1)(x+1)(x+5)
The factorisation of P(x) is (x-1)(x+1)(x+5)
Step 3 : Zeroes of P(x).
Equating P(x)=0,
(x-1)(x+1)(x+5)=0
Therefore, the zeroes of P(x)
are x=1, x=-1 and x=-5
