a) The statistical analysis in table 1 is output of multiple regression analysis for dependent variable employee performance
The statistical analysis in table 2 is output of reliability analysis.

Step 1
b)
The p value with respect to organizational Culture is 0.000 which is less than 0.01 (level of significance).
The p value with respect to Job Stress is 0.078 which is less than 0.1 (level of significance)
The p value of intrinsic motivation is 0.005 which is less than 0.01 (level of significance)
Here the VIF for Intrinsic Motivation is greater than 10, which indicate that Intrinsic Motivation variable should be dropped to correct the multicollinearity to avoid any misleading results. Thus we say Organization Culture is statistically significant at 1% level of significance and Job Stress is statistically significant at 10% level of significance and both have impact on the employee performance.
The reliability test outcome tell us that the consumption and attitude have the reliability value more than 0.7, so we can say that both of them are well constructed, while behaviour has reliability value less than 0.7, so we can say that it is not well constructed. The overall reliability is 0.98, so it has high internal consistency and it is a good and reliable model.
