The mathematical relation between frequency and wavelength is
c=λv
And relationship between a quantum of energy and the frequency of radiation is
E=hv
-where 'c' is the speed of light, which is constant, 3.00108 m/s
-λ is wave length
- and h is Plancks constant 6.6261034 Js
We have to express E in terms of h,c, and λ
c=λv
v=cλ
E=hv
From equation we got that 'v=cλ', so will substitute that in equation and get
E=hcλ
E=hcλ
Result: E=hcλ
