Fundamental Principle of Fractions:
Statement :
You will arrive at an equivalent expression by canceling the same factor if we divide by the same factor in both the numerator and the denominator.
If a, b cR such that b0, c0 such that the fraction ab multiply numerator and denominator by c, then by using the fundamental principle of fraction,
a×cb×c=ab
Example:
1) 3×52×5=32
