Using the vector line equation, plug P into r0 and Q into r1 P(2, 0, 0), Q(6, 2, -2)
r(t)=(1t)r0+tr1
=(1t)<2,0,0>+t<6,2,2>
=<2,0,0<2t,0t,0t>+<6t,2t,2t>
=<22t,0,0>+<6t,2t,2t>
=<22t+6t,0+2t,02t>
r(t)=<2+4t,2t2t>,  0t1
The corresponding parametric equations are  
x=2+4t,y=2t,z=2t,   0t1
Result:
