=4x32x5+2x2x5+12x5
=2x2+x4+x52
now differentiating it
so,
ddx[p(x)]=ddx[2x2+x4+x52]
=2ddx(x2)+ddx(x4)+12ddx(x5)
(ddx(xn)=nxn1)
=2(2x3)+(4x5)+12(5x6)
=4x34x552x6
=8x3+8x+52x6
