Ok you know that A×B just means A×B={(a,b)|aA and bB}. And we can assume that AC and BD. Now we want to show A×BC×D For the proof I would begin by saying "Suppose AC and BD. Let xA×B where x=(a,b) where aA and bB. We want to show xC×D. From here you should be able to complete the proof just from the assumption.
