b) The Xe in $Xe{F}_{4}$ is $s{p}^{3}{d}^{2}$ hybridized. The xenon atom forms single bonds to 4 atoms of F and there are 2 morelone electron pairs which accounts for six hybridized orbitals.
c) The Xe in $Xe{O}_{3}$ is $s{p}^{3}$ hybridized. The xenon atom forms three double bonds to 3 oxygen atoms and there is one more lone electron pair which accounts for four hybridized orbitals.
d) The Xe in $Xe{O}_{4}$ is $s{p}^{3}$ hybridized. The xenon atom forms four double bonds to 3 oxygen atoms which accounts for four hybridized orbitals.
e) The Xe in $XeO{F}_{4}$ is $s{p}^{3}{d}^{2}$ hybridized. The xenon atom forms one double bonds to the one oxygen atom, four single bonds to the fluorine atom and there is one morelone electron pair which in total accounts for six hybridized orbitals.
