Step 2
For trajectory of particle,
x=1+tt=x1
Plugging value of t in y,
y=1-(x-1)
y=1-x+1
y=2-x
The path of trajectory is straight line y=2-x.
Step 3
Now, the speed of particle is given by v=(dxdt)2+(dydt)2
As, dxdt=1,dydt=1
v=(1)2+(1)2
v=1+1
v=2
