First,
j=2j=3(i+j+0.5)=(i+2+0.5)(i+3+0.5)
=(i+2.5)(i+3.5)
j=23(i+j+0.5)=(i+2)(i+3)

Step 2
using
i=14 j=23(i+i+0.5)=i=14(i+2)(i+3)
=3×4+4×5+5×6+6×7
=12+20+30+42
=104
