The corresponding angles of given triangles are equal.
But corresponding sides of the two given triangles are not equal.
So they are not congruent. The congruent triangles are exactly same with each other in shape and size.
Hence, the given triangles are not congruence.

The problem is like
m a x x u ( x 1 , x 2 , . . . , x L ) = i = 1 L x i a i ,
s . t . i L x i C
for each i, a i > 0 is a scalar;
C is a constant that is strictly greater than 0;
x = ( x 1 , x 2 , . . . , x L ) R + L . Characterize the optimal x as a function of C or a i .
Hint: to solve the problem we should discuss the cases when C i a i and C i a i .

Proof of the Exterior Angle Theorem.
The exterior angle theorem for triangles states that the sum of “The measure of an exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the measures of the two interior angles that are not adjacent to it; this is the exterior angle theorem. The sum of the measures of the three exterior angles (one for each vertex) of any triangle is 360 degrees.” How can we prove this theorem?

So, for the triangle above, we need to prove why C B D = B A C + B C A
