Given:
Consider the isosceles trapezoid ABCD shown below:

To prove:
AC=BD
Consider two triangles, ABC and DCB
Since the trapezoid is isosceles, the base angles are congruent.
ABC=BCD
By the reflexive property of congruence,
BC=BC
And AB=CD is given.
Then by SAS Postulate, ABC=DCB
So, all corresponding sides must be congruent.
Thus, AC=BD
Hence it is proved.
