\(\displaystyle{V}={s}^{{3}}\)
\(\displaystyle{120}={s}^{{3}}\)
\(\displaystyle{3}\sqrt{{120}}={3}\sqrt{{s}}^{{3}}\)
\(\displaystyle{4.9}\sim{s}\)
From part a), the volume of the clay is \(\displaystyle{120}\in^{{3}}\) so let the volume of the cube be \(V=120\). Substitute this into the formula for the volume of a cube and solve for the side length of the cube s. Use a calculator to evaluate and round to the nearest tenth.
