Using the provided points, we can solve the following two equations in slope intecept form: 5=-3m+b 
-1=2m+b 
Here m=slope and b=y-intecept. So if we subtract the two equations we get: 6=-5m, m=(65). So if we put this value in one the equations we get: b=75 
Now putting these values in slope intecept form we get: y=(65)x+75 
Multiplying both sides by 5 and re-arranging we get: 6x+5y=7
