\(\displaystyle{x}\frac{{{2}}}{{3}}{\left({2}\right)}={x}\frac{{{3}}}{{2}}{\left({3}\right)}-\frac{{12}}{{6}}\)
\(\displaystyle{2}\frac{{x}}{{6}}={3}\frac{{x}}{{6}}-\frac{{12}}{{6}}\)
\(2x=3x-12\)
\(-x=-12\)
\(x=12\)
