Assume that the starter's current is flowing downward
Assume current through Dead battery be Id flowing downwards 
So current through live battery is (Is+Id) flowing upwards 
KVL for left loop - 
+9.5V+(0.9 Ohms)ld(0.06 Ohms)ls=0 
KVL for the big loop 
+12V(0.01 Ohms)(ls+ld)(0.06 Ohms)ls=0 
Solving these teo equation, we get 
ls=0.865 A 
ld=171.305 A
